This form is for exhibitors (artists, writers, crafters, etc) looking to promote or sell their own artwork or writings. If you are selling something you made yourself, fill out this form.

NOTE: Page One Entertainment, organizers of Twin Tiers Comic-Con, will be the ONLY entity with the ability to view the information you enter in this form. NO personal information will be used for any sort of third-party marketing or solicitations. The information in this form will be used strictly for the purposes of this convention, and primarily only as a means of communication.
