This form is for Vendor Exhibitors or Retailers (comic shops, t-shirt shops, other businesses) looking to promote or sell products such as comics, apparel, games, toys, replicas, DVDs, and other types of merchandise.

NOTE: Page One Entertainment, organizers of Twin Tiers Comic-Con, will be the ONLY entity with the ability to view the information you enter in this form.
